As mothers and birth workers alike, we are no strangers to the personal and systematic challenges of pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and early-childhood. Whether you’re seeking mental health support, parenting advice, or resources for housing, childcare, or financial assistance - we understand that every family’s needs are unique. But that doesn’t mean you’re alone. |
Mental Health Navigator Program Why Mental Health Matters: Mental health is a key part of our well-being, shaping how we think, feel, and connect with others. For parents, it’s especially important because it helps create a stable and loving environment for children to grow and thrive. You can’t pour from an empty cup—when parents take the time to care for their mental health, they are better equipped to support their families with love and patience. Taking care of mental health makes it easier to handle life’s challenges, build stronger relationships, and create healthier, more supportive communities. At the Pacific Birth Collective, we believe mental health is essential. Through access to resources, guidance, and care, we help families find strength and balance. When you care for your mental health, you care for your family and future. We are here for you.
