My care is rooted in respecting your autonomy and sovereignty throughout your entire pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience. In serving and honoring you as the star of your show. I merge the wise, traditional, and ancient ways with the brilliance of modern science. I'm committed to individualized care that fits your unique desires and needs.

Current Classes and Groups

The Childbearing Year Wisdom Circle. We meet every third Tuesday of the month in Kailua from 5-7 pm. Our intention is to gather mothers at various spectrums of their childbearing journey to build community, answer questions, offer insights, learn from each others wisdom and have a nourishing uplifting time together. You're welcome to bring a snack or drink to share. A suggested donation of $20 is appreciated though not necessary to attend. Contact me for location information.
