The Postpartum Collective Class is for newly postpartum moms with babies infant to pre-crawling. The class is led by a certified birth and postpartum doula and yoga teacher. The class will be held on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month. The first Tuesday will be an in-person class at the Imua Discovery Garden in Wailuku and the fourth Tuesday will be help online via Google Meet.

There will be introductions, gentle yoga, guided meditation, time for questions and connecting with the other moms and local postpartum specialists. This is a safe space for new moms to share their postpartum journey together!
