Please save the date for Pacific Birth Collective's 6th annual Labor Day Event!

This virtual event will be held Monday September 6 from 1:00pm-3:30pm HST.

This year, we’re honored to feature an opening ceremony and talk by Auntie Aʻiaʻi Bello and a keynote speech by Ibu Robin Lim as our keynote speaker.

This year’s theme is “Growing Community: Connecting the Islands.” Birth professionals from around Hawaiʻi are invited to join together, learn from Ibu Robin, talk about birth work, and connect with each other.

We look forward to connecting and celebrating with you!

Robin Lim ("Mother Robin," or "Ibu Robin") is a midwife and founder of Yayasan Bumi Sehat (Healthy Mother Earth Foundation) health clinics, which offer free prenatal care, birthing services and medical aid to anyone who needs it. She and her team have been working since 2003 to combat Indonesia's high maternal and infant mortality rates, and the Bumi Sehat birth centers serve many at-risk mothers. She was awarded the 2011 CNN Hero of the Year award by the CNN news network for helping thousands of low-income women in Indonesia with healthy pregnancy and birth services.

Reni Aʻiaʻi Bello is the founder, sole proprietor and operator of Ka Lamakū Laʻakea whose mission is to bring light to the world. She is a spiritual consultant, native Hawaiian artist, and cultural practitioner.
