Foundations Of Birth Workshop

The Fourth Trimester Workshop

Our Educational Offerings at Pacific Birth Collective

At Pacific Birth Collective, we believe that education is empowerment. Our classes are designed to help families approach birth and postpartum with confidence, clarity, and connection. Rooted in modern, evidence-based perinatal care and guided by local birth workers, midwives, and educators, our courses honor both traditional wisdom and current research — supporting families in any birthing environment, from home to hospital.

Each class includes interactive presentations, hands-on learning, and take-home materials created to strengthen understanding and communication between parents and partners. Whether you’re preparing for labor and delivery or learning to navigate the early weeks with your newborn, our goal is to cultivate a strong foundation for a healthy, happy, and empowered birth experience.
